If a cancellation occurs for any reason, WWR only offers rescheduling within the “same season”. Deposits are non-refundable or transferable, no exceptions.

A 50% deposit is required within 14 days to confirm a reservation.

Acceptable forms of payment are: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, cash, and checks.

Reservation confirmation letters are sent upon receiving a deposit.

Final payment is expected prior to departure. If paying by check, pre-verification of bank funds will be conducted.
